World Gourmet Summit 2011 British Gastronomy Masterclass with Andrew Turner

Celebrating the best of British gastronomy with the help of the very talented and celebrated Chef Andrew Turner proved to be an evening to be remembered. This dinner which featured some of the best ingredients done in Chef Turner's inimitable British flair had many guests sing praises for it. The culinary institution of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy also took the opportunity to present five chefs with their GlobalChef Award. It was an evening made successful and memorable by Chef Turner, Indoguna and Grand Hyatt Singapore.
