Please bother to understand plant breeding before commenting on this. This is not a GMO, but an F1 hybrid, which plant breeders have been producing for centuries. F1 hybrids tend to be higher yielding, but sterile. Much of the food you eat is from F1 hybrid crops.

How much nutrient does this seed take from the soil? If it has 4 times the normal produce it will require more from the soil itself. In Canada we are beginning to see fields that have been depleted by GMO crops.
