Great video Marcus.. a local famers market stand taught me to look at the bottom of the garlic bunch to see if the.stems were ground off..if they were they are prob. chinese grown garlic and to be avoided...Also i like to buy young coconuts and at the large supermarkets here in canada they are labelled as imported from China...i now go to another local asian store to buy authentic Thai coconuts...thanks again... local california garlic is rare but local is super , east coast too. get it ull see the diff
