Why are GMOs bad? They aren’t. They just aren’t, not intrinsically, and certainly not for your health. We’ve been eating them for decades with no ill effects, which makes sense, because a genetically modified organism is simply an organism, like every other organism, produces hundreds of thousands of proteins, but one or two of them are proteins that were chosen specifically by humans. "Altered Genes, Twisted Truth" by Steven M. Druker is a must-read book for someone who dreams to avoid cancers and have his/her children and grandparents in normal health. Whoever didn't read it, does not know even 1/10th of one percent of the data and facts about GMO. Get educated truly well.

Sounds like the cigarette guys in the 70s and 80s. "Our product is harmless. Go ahead and smoke." To say that that GMOs are "just an organism" is specious and obsequious to the GMO apologists. We were not created/evolved with the organisms that the "scientists" have developed. There's a reason why GMOs have been banned outright by other nations, why they must be CLEARLY labeled when they are allowed. These countries have the science to back up their actions to ban GMOs. To compare selective breeding to a GMO is a simple prevarication. The apologists and their masters, by ignoring or screaming loudly about non-industry funded research and those noncomplimentary results, have done their damnedest to keep negative results out of the media. Meanwhile, our GMOs here are drenched with RoundUp (the real reason for many GMOs - to make money for the herbicide/pesticide companies) and we feed that to our children. Our health and lifespan have been declining steadily (for the first time since 1993, our children's lifespans are expected to be less than ours), and it's not because these "foods" are providing excellent nutrition capable of promoting vibrant health. Another industry hack video telling you that poison is okay. Go ahead and believe it at your own (and your families') peril. But don't take my word for it. Do your own research. At the very least, you will have learned something new.

I used to think GMOs were bad, too. I was wrong. Please look into this more if you want to know the facts, as opposed to the typical propaganda.

GMO is not bad by itself. The question is what kind of modification we added? How GMO influence the ecosystem? Also, who own the GMO (patent).

Round up ready GMOs are infused with pesticides that have horrible long term effects. Do you really think Round Up in our food is good? I think not.

Anti GMO-hysteria is entirely driven political ideology, not by reason. It is the left's version of climate change denial.
