What the Heck is a Cover Crop?!

Now that the harvest season is officially over, the Lundberg Family Farms Ag department is focused on making our fields fertile and healthy for the spring when rice planting begins. While there are several different methods to build soil fertility, Bryce Lundberg, our VP of Agriculture, prefers using cover crops.
