What I Eat in a Day & Getting Personal

1. Yeah, it's so disappointing when you put so much in and dont get what you deserve back - I have to say I went through a huge heartbreak and now two years later I am with a new person who fits me so much better than the old person who, at the time, I thought I could never replace! I'm so happy we broke up! But at the time I was devastated. Sometimes we can't even imagine the good that is coming our way ... now having baby with love of my life who is so much more a fit for me. I'm happy for the love I shared with the other person, but I'm hugely grateful that it didn't work out with them, lol - and I never thought I'd be saying that at the time! Heartbreak can be the best thing in the end ... life is funny that way. Now I just try to be grateful for any moments of love I've shared with anyone - it's all we ever have. Heartbreak makes you realize that romantic love isn't the end all and be all of life and that you can get past anything because almost nothing is harder. Self love is everything! Take care! Enjoying the moment is the way to peace! And broken hearts do heal and then you just sort of laugh at yourself - I think facing the unknown is the scariest but most exciting part of a broken heart - as humans we don't like it, but it was a time fir me that I learned a lot about myself and what I wanted for my life. And it also took a lot of stupid comedy movies and eating cereal to heal, so I recommend not being hard on yourself in that regard - sometimes comfort is needed. Wishing you all the best! 10. I totally understand what you're saying. I'm also dealing with a stressful time, not bad, but it wasn't in my plans. I also pour my energy and focus into working out and staying healthy. I'm trying to look forward and also focus on the good things coming my way. Dealing with the "right now" is the challenge! Your food looked awesome! Have you tried the Follow Your Heart Provolone? It's my favorite!

13. I enjoy watching your videos because you are the sanest, most relatable vegan on Youtube. I'm sorry you're having a rough time, but it's a credit to you that you recognized your troubles are just a small part of an otherwise happy life. Sometimes in relationships we have moments where we need to give more and allow the other person to take with the hope that they will let us do the same in our time of need. So I would encourage you to look at the relationship as a whole instead of focusing on a particular incident. Resentment is poison so I'm glad to see you trying to be positive and doing things you love. Good luck!

16. yes your crazy.. crazy healthy, lol. I would like to be as motivated as you are, I tell myself I am going to jog in the morning at least 3 times a week and I just can't find the strength to do it most days. Glad your doing good. Life can be so complicated, and tough sometimes, but we just have to push through. Thanks for sharing.
