I used to love eating white rice, but since I’ve started Weight Watchers, I switched over to organic brown rice because I thought it was healthier. Well all that changed after I caught a Dr. Oz show which talked about the Consumer Reports finding of high levels of arsenic in brown rice – especially those grown in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. I got to get that oster burner and green pan! I kerp forgetting! I am still loving my WW chip train! Those sea salt hummus ones omg and so filling! Veggies and I are still at a slow choo choo! Lol -
Awe thanks! Was a tough holiday personally but I still lost weight! Total 42.8 after 21 weeks! I am catching up! I love my meetings. My leader lost 100 that helps bc she understands like you too rather than a 20 pounder. Did u know Oprah wrote a cookbook/motivational book for WW? It comes out January 3. Check it out on amazon.
My goal was to turn 50 more aware and thinner. My orthopedist was so pleased for my knee. I also figured out I have big milk allergies. Just lotsa learning and more to go esp getting rid of la belly. I hope you post videos! Did u get a new planner for 2017? Your the coolest! -
