Designing on a sloping site is challenging but very rewarding. This is a 5 bedroom Villa on a beautiful site in Limuru. The entrance to the villa is on the upper ground floor (the floor in the middle). Access to lower ground and the first floor is via large 1.5 metre wide spiral staircases that give the design a splash of grandeur. Large windows at the back allow for beautiful views to tea plantations.
