Volunteering in Honduras - Organic Farming

This is what volunteering on an organic farm looks like. Dario Palma and his family are living in a tiny village in the middle of Honduras where the community is working hard to provide a better future for the next generation. Volunteering for Dario was an incredible experience. I learnt about organic farming, visited the local school, I learnt to cook local dishes, tried vegetables and fruits I never even heard of before and visited the area's natural wonders.
