Visiting ORA's Fish & Coral Farm
ORA (Oceans, Reefs & Aquariums) is based in Fort Pierce, Florida, and operates seven days a week caring for corals, fish, & invertebrates. They sell tank-raised (aquacultured) livestock to fish stores around the world, not to the public. Raising thousands of clams from eggs in the Marshall Islands, you'll see hundreds of them in this video. ORA never gives tours, and never films it either. Being a friend to ORA, I was able to convince them to give us a partial peek of a portion of their business. Dustin Dorton takes the time to tell us about their operations. Another pretty cool greenhouse style aquaculture farm is called pacific east aquaculture. If you have 20 or so minutes of time and think the few short clips were interesting, give these guys a search on YouTube. The owner is very well educated and their products are wonderful. Just got a shipment in and everything is colorful as ever and extremely healthy. Just thought you would enjoy this! Take care! looking forward to seeing you at the next few frag swaps in the area!

Thanks Marc for getting in there and sharing this with your subscribers. ORA deserves all the business they can get and its a great option for people that want to be sure to avoid fish that were caught with cyanide or to prevent further depletion of certain wild fish stocks. Awesome!
