Vietnamese Salt Farming

(1) Square off & flatten the land (2) Flood the land (2) Wait (3) Collect the salt. -This goes only from Dec - May. Then it's 6 months of rain. My father-in-law (pictured here) owns this farm. Me & my wife just came to visit. It's 95 F outside & my wife has a 'Hoodie" on. My blood it TOO THICK for this weather.
