What's this glaze and what does it do to the meat. I see it makes the pig and goat really shiny. It also looks like it hardens the skin quite a bit.

BUT AS FOR HIM WHO IS FORCED BY SEVERE HUNGER, WITH NO INCLINATION TO SIN (such can EAT EAT EAT THOSE ABOVE MENTIONED MEATS), then surely, Allaah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful”
