Renee Flynn, a resident of Bath, Ohio did just that when she became the driving force behind the Made in Ohio Festival. In January of 2010, Renee approached Hale Farm and Village with a crafty idea. "Hale Farm and Village is the perfect place to hold a festival of products and handcrafts made only in Ohio," she told them, and Hale Farm and Village agreed. Thus, the Made in Ohio Festival was born. The idea grew out of Renee's own crafting experience. The Second Annual Made in Ohio Festival is Sat 9/3 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. @ Hale Farm and Village, 2686 Oak Hill Road in Bath, Ohio. The festival will include over 50 vendors offering a variety of handmade products ranging from jewelry, potter and class to carvings, soap and much more.
