Vermont Farmers Visit Small-Scale Grain Processing Facilities in Ohio
Vermont farmers traveled to Ohio to learn about the many innovations employed by Levi and Monroe Stutzman at their spelt hulling operation and at Twin Peaks Organic Farm and their diversified grain operation. This was made possible through the Vermont Agriculture Innovation Center and in collaboration with the Northern Grain Growers Association and University of Vermont Extension.
