It counts toward your daily vegetables because each item in the mix is an approved veggie for all Steps. Use chicken or sirloin steak precooked (from Tyson) and heat up for your added protein. Use Walden Farms dressing instead of regular dressing or make your own using the recipes on our website at http://www.itgdiet.com/recipes/steps-1-3. A great way to stay compliant with all Steps of the ITG Diet Plan by making sure to get in at least 4 cups of vegetables each day. Place all ingredients into a tupperware container and shake well for a quick, simple and delicious lunch or dinner.
