The Bolthouse is $5.69 a 32 oz. bottle at one grocery store here in MN so I am very pleased to find this recipe! I wonder if it tastes as good with the generic almond milk?

Can you use the light almond milk?
-
Thank you so much! I will try this today. I have sweetened vanilla almond milk, so I will reduce the sugar and eliminate the vanilla from the recipe.

I made some of this today. I think it would be really good frozen and blended. I put some in the freezer to try it out.

I drank some vanilla chai tea from the exact same brand a couple weeks back and it was a small bottle for about $2. So I bought some chai tea and just saw your video. I'm so excited about your version since it will probably taste similar (or better) than the store bought one :)

Would "Chai spice" or "vanilla chai" work the same?
-
@abby Greco sorry I can't reply to your comment but to make it a hot drink just heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove before hand And put it in the tea as usual :)
-
What is the name if the clear bottle and what was it for?
-
