Vietnamese food is constantly evolving and offers some quite ingredients. Today, I sample some special pomelo based dishes in Bien Hoa at Lang Buoi Tan Trieu. This place is not only a restaurant, but a full park that has beautiful grounds where people can take photos in. The first thing I tried was a wonderful pomelo salad - goi buoi. Then I tried some beef dipped in vinegar, followed by some white fuzzy pomelo skin fried in batter. Lastly, the main entree was a squash baked snakehead.
