UK visa application from China

1. UK Visa service for Chinese is appalling. New service just launched. Just two problems. You can't use links to apply for a short term student visa. It loops back to general visa.So after hours of wasted effort you find you have to use the old service. Then you immediately find another problem as you can't select your nearest visa centre. Sorry I think these problems are deliberate as there have been similar basic problems for four years.
