Typhoon Mario damages REFMAD Dragon Fruit Farm
Not only the rice fields in Ilocos Norte were ravaged by Typhoon Mario, but also other dragon fruit plantations including the biggest in the province which is the REFMAD Dragon Fruit farm owned and managed by Ms. Edita Dacuycuy were severely damaged.
