Another good tip for garlic is to grow a clove in a glass of water (top held out of water using toothpicks) & just snip the fresh green shoots off onto your meal or dish while cooking.

You mention in the video that imported garlic, which is an absolute crime, an insane concept concerning any food supply.... has NO root. Does this mean there is no, none at all of the root seen on the bottom of the garlic bulb? Does the imported from china garlic show where the root is somehow hollowed out? With absolutely NO sign of roots showing?
Garlic I just bought from Trader Joes and also from a local Kroger grocers has just an extremely short amount of root on the bottom of the garlic bulb, you can see some of the root but not much. Does this mean it is grown in CA and or the USA? I marched right up to costumer service the other day and informed them of ALL this! They insisted their produce and garlic is not shipped from china, but I wonder.....Many are questioning this, please let us know!!

I wish they would start making it a little easier to see if is "made in china" it is so hard to find sometimes. even on dog treats you need a magnifying glass to see if its made from china, and dog foods that use food ingredients from china, do not tell you where its from since its put together here
