The worlds highest wind turbine FL 2500
As a pioneer of onshore wind energy utilization, especially in Germany, and as an independent manufacturer of wind turbines, Fuhrländer AG counts on strong turbine concepts. Fuhrländer industrially manufactures turbines of up to 2.5 MW. Already a long time ago, Fuhrländer established itself as an international partner, who realizes wind farms for any location.... http://www.fuhrlaender.de

sky horse very smart solution

This can't possibly be more than 2 thousand feet tall. The great height is what caused it's destruction. Now all there is left is a gigantic pile of scrap. What a waste.

3:00 butt

Fuhrländer AG is a pioneer in landscape blight with these monsters that dwarf everything for miles. Congratulations on the biggest source of green hypocrisy there is. Every day there are fewer places to "carefully site" these Goliaths, but money is the motivator, not any sort of true environmental thinking.

Fuhrlaender is the closed factory. Is FAILURE!!

I thought FL 2500 is equal to 250000 FT. Obviously, it's not that tall.
But impressive nonetheless! -
Its agood job

Wenn es Enercon wäre, wäre es besser
-
Fl 2500 = 250,000 feet, not 2500 feet.

The material was great. The video editing was shit. Same with the lame music.

I just find them so cool to look at which is probably wired um

You guys are funny! Yes, they are green, and wind is a renewable, clean source of energy that we have harnessed. It produces zero CO2 emissions in its production of electricity. Energy spins the rotor which is turning planetary gears increasing the turn ratio at the main shaft. Main trans shaft is connected to generator, and thus power is created… The blades pitch back and forth. The pitching of the blades speed up rotor rotation, or stops the rotation if pitched to 86degrees. Wind contacts the surface area of the blades - spinning the turbine. The turbine tracks the wind with its anemometer/wind vain. The turbine yaws to point itself into the wind. I should know; I work on these things everyday…

Hi, Mark. I followed your videos and built myself 14 panels. 12 are now installed on my array and giving me about 14+kwatts. i will be making two more to increase it to 16 panels. Please see my array ABOUTSOLARCELLS.COMXA.COM and post any suggestion or comments.

Biggest but not the tallest...

No, I am not profoundly ignorant. It does appear that not everyone does their research. Please tell me exactly how much fossil fuel is being displaced. Don't forget to specify your sources so everyone can look up your 'facts'. Wind energy is so unreliable that backup must be available 24/7. Gas or (in Germany) coal plants run in the background, waiting for the wind to stop blowing. During this time, they are burning their fuel while contributing nothing to the energy grid.
-
You are profoundly ignorant of the German energy scene where these are being put up. They do help the envirnment considering the amount of displaced fossil fuel.

Enercon e-126 is the biggest on earth

One thousand of these are safer than the few nuclear plants demolished by the tsunami in Japan. At least they cannot produce nuclear fallout.
