I just recently gave up eating pork. No offense to anyone that continues to eat it but pork causes serious health problems including highblood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, and possibly even cancer. Thats all coming from eating a healthy pig which doesn't include all the added chemicals and inhumane breeding tactics that are processed and sold to the general public. Of course everyones body is different and some people can eat pork their entire lives without so much as a hiccup, but you have to ask yourself is it really worth it? Yes pork is delicious and used to be one of my favorite foods. But I chose health over appetite and would advise others to do the same. Just removing this one animal alone out of your diet could significantly improve your health and even save your life. A little restraint here and there can go a long ways. Just something to think about.
