The Most Expensive House In The World
Antilia is a house worth over $1 billion. We take a detailed look into the property. Subscribe (new video every day) - http://bit.ly/TopMediaYT Antilia is a private home in South Mumbai, India. It is owned by Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries Limited and includes a staff of 600 to maintain the residence. Antilia was designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins + Will. The Australia-based construction company Leighton Holdings began constructing it. The home has 27 floors with extra-high ceilings (other buildings of equivalent height may have as many as 60 floors). The home was also designed to survive an 8-Richter scale earthquake. In regards to the three helipads, the Indian Navy said it will not allow the construction of helipads on Mumbai buildings, while the Environment Ministry, following a representation from Awaaz Foundation, said the helipads violate local noise laws. Issues have also been raised with regards to the construction of an illegal car park. In 2011 it was reported that Ambani had yet to move in to the home, despite its completion, for fear of "bad luck". According to Basannt R. Rasiwasia, an expert in Vastu shastra, claims the home does not conform to Vastu requirements. However, Ambani later confirmed that his family had been living there since about September 2011.

people who are jealous, remember that that area is one of the most costly one in the world. There is a lot of problem regarding land in India. Stop being racist and shut up, you jealous hoes.

All that money and the building don't even look safe
-
does anyone actually like It?, and would you live there, I realize I would never need such a vast structure to reside in , I think it was a waste of money to be honest , it looks unsafe anyway, what if there was an earthquake? why so many cars ? I would make it a hotel and let people living on $2 a day stop for free 😁
-
To b frank the structure looks ugly. If i'm Ambany i will build a palace similar to Mysore palace. Mr Ambany if you have lot of money please help the poor who are homeless and without food.

Average per capita income of Mumbai is 15000 dollars or 41 dollars per day, ofcourse there are many peoples in Mumbai who are poor but it has lots of riches too,.First of all It's gdp is 278 billion dollars and one of the highest no of billionaires pool in the whole world. City has poors but it has many riches too. And the place where Antilia is constructed is in a very rich area of Taradeo, it has no slums around it. So it's totally worth to make a building there. Second thing that's his money and his wish to make whatever he wants to. And what do you mean by he doesn't donate. Do you know anything about his donations. His school and hospital chains and recently his company is providing free Internet 4g service to all who has it's sim. I use it and I'm so thankful to him.

Are you living with your family, or the whole world? People who work there prefer their jobs than their short hours at home, who wouldn't?
-
With all that money, I would help the slums in Mumbai first, rather than living in the most ridiculous home.
