132.5MW HELIOS SOLAR ENERGY PLANT Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, Philippines A timelapse documentation prepared for Equis Funds Group. This presentation represents the author's own edit. It is not the approved version of Equis. The plant takes up 176 hectares of land and is expected to produce an estimated annual generation of 188,500-megawatts equivalent to 167,525 homes or more than half the power needs of Negros Occidental and is said to be the biggest solar farm in Southeast Asia, the fourth in Asia, and the seventh in the world (www.cadizcity.gov.ph). Documentation covered construction activities from June 2015 to March 2016. Hundreds of thousand still shots taken using CANON 5D Mark3 with various Canon lenses. It also utilized a proprietary Long-Term Timelapse set with a camera in a metal enclosure shooting continuously at a fixed location. Watch in 720p HD and with sounds turned loud. All rights reserved.
