I made this on 1.11 on a multiplayer server at the spawn chunk. Once they doors were finished I did get several golems to spawn immediately but after installing the 2 pools and tearing out the temporary slabs, I'm only getting about 40 iron per hour. Anyone else have problems like this?

After I lowered the villagers I only got two golems, should I wait for more of them, is it normal or should I be worried P.S. If I got something wrong I am going to cry :P

I'm in version 1.10.2, downloaded the map and the villagers were dispersed on the doors, how do I fix that?

Instead of putting the poppies into the nether portal, can i make a melon farm for example and place the melons instead of the poppis trough the portal?

I've seen Lots of problems with this farm and using optifine I had to rebuild it four times because I was unaware I have replied to other comments suggesting this, but I want to say it again. IF YOU ARE USING OPTIFINE and on a singleplayer world (don't know for multiplayer) you have to go to OPTIONS>>>VIDEO SETTINGS>>>PERFORMANCE>>>SMOOTH WORLD and TURN IT OFF. I am not positive, but am pretty sure that this interferes with how spawn chunks load in other dimensions and from far away. If you have this on the farm should be fine UNTIL YOU LEAVE THE AREA once you do the villages merge (The farm Breaks) and you have to rebuild it. However If it is off the farm should work fine, it has for me. If there are other comments saying this I am sorry for restating it, But I feel like the information should be known because It has wasted countless hours of my time. NOT WORKING FOR ME !!!!
Everything was fine until I finished placing the main row of doors (32:24), but when I finished placing all 1024 doors or so on that level(doing exactly as he said, including the correction), I checked the villages with NBT Explorer and with village statistic mod and THERE WAS A MESS. A lot of villages had only 6 doors, others had more, and the centers of the villages were not on the main row. I tried to build in creative and it only worked if I removed 2 doors under the glass on the west side, on the iron blocks.... WHY IS THIS HAPPENING IF I DID IT ALL CORECTLY ?!?!?!! HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!! -
if its 59 by 49 it would not fit in the 16 by 16 spawn chunks i ma very confused?

My villages merged, so i am getting very poor spawn rates. is there any way to fix this besides rebuilding the whole thing?

I built one in 1.11 server. But Im having issues with Gollum spawning. They seem to spawn inside the doors not on spawn chunks or into the water. I moved the farm to be exactly aligned with the spawn chunks. I may have miss placed a door or two (because I keep being interrupted by other players all the time). So the center is not aligned but off in a different direction or the farm is broken.

If you need to use Optifine and use this farm, make sure the spawn chunks are not disabled by checking 'Video Settings' - 'Performance' - 'Smooth World is OFF'. This way it will keep the spawn chunks loaded even with Optifine! :D
