Calling Terracotta warriors or army is actually wrong. The first emperor built Terracotta World. There are new and more terracotta being found until today with more are still buried in mystery. Animals, dancers, doctors, clothes (yes, all made with terracotta), artisans, farmers, chef, servants, basically almost all jobs in ancient world are there. In early times, China only found the entrance gate which are guarded by ten of thousands warriors. That's why they thought the tomb only consisted of armies.

TED-Ed awesome job. Events should be objectively "interpreted" (rather than judged) according to human brain development, culture and socio-economic state at the time. Just simply like a chemical, physical or physiologic phenomenon/ reaction! Other-wise every single parent, grand parent, ancestor and soon, every single of us will be guilty of something! I am afraid that we might wanna go all the way back to when we were monkeys and start condemning them 😂
