Disappointing debate. Panelists not aware.
-
Fact check: Though the caps for premiums have been reduced and correctly so, the earlier caps have been wrongly quoted by the panelists. It was not 15% for Rabi and Kharif and 25% for horticulture and commercial products. It was 9% for Rabi, 11% for Kharif and 13% for the latter part.
I appreciate RSTV shows and watch the same regularly but the facts needs to be placed cautiously, at least not with such monstrous deviations from the reality.
Thanks. -
One of the worst debates I have seen on RSTV. That far guy is in a mood to beat somebody, Mrs. Kaur is only against private player entrance, another guy is only emphasizing technology, then one guy who is not even clear with his facts. 30 minutes to loose and very little to gain.
-
Dear Mrs Kaur, technology wont be needed by farmers it will be with Govt to remove influence of patwaris.

I think there is good intention behind this scheme. I think this will only give tax payers money to the huge corporations (both agricultural and insurance). Government in insurance business is a bad idea. If government can ensure good price to the farmers for their produce then farmers will take care of their own insurance. I smell a scam - if you go into the root -- you may see another misfit foreign idea. Somebody end up stealing tax payers' money (another happy days for crooks).

tracy better than this anchor

RSTV shouldn't pay to these panelist... it's a complete waste ... caution SPOILER AHEAD.. Bulsh*t episode ...
-
seriously.... its not only girish is getting anger... same here...
-
watched first 10 minute ... not impressed yet.... hoping to come something good in remaining part.... finger crossed..
-
The premium rates have been decreased - good. The technology support clause - promise with reliable ways. Implementation bottlenecks - a big concern and a fate deciding factor over all. Awareness about the scheme and benefits - needs to be done. The private sector - a good addition if implementation is good, again. The issue getting stranded in Centre State tussle is less likely since 50-50% clause has been agreed to.
-
Disappointing. I didn't learn much more than what a newspaper report would have told me!
-
not bad
-
rstv is best channel in india
-
stupid panelists , lack knowledge about scheme , highly motivated to criticize central
government -
Girish sir intervention is very necessary for clear understanding of the topic..... great work sir
-
Not a good panel at all!
One show wasted. -
Looks like all the panelists came directly from Arnab's show and they forgot that they were in RSTV.
-
all issues wre reflected in debate...sir girish you interfere lot in between panel..let them complete den interfere..
-
why there was no representative from govt on scheme. he would have put light on how they would handel concern raised about implementation.. hope rstv will address this ..
