organic farming replacement of conventional farming, consolidation, implementation technology ,effective irrigation,crop quality as per environment and soil fertility , econmicaly and culturally handling every transition of innovation technology, communication to farmer regarding govt policy, grievance redress, institutional reform, scheme as per diversity in crop and atmosphere, integrated marketing approach, easy accessible to govt. to sell product ,maintenance of product safety, elimination of loopholes in legislature,land acquisition issue,marketing, various policy.

i think lack of cooridinated and consolidated effort is the major problem infringing our agricultural sector....we need a long term perspective plan which is holistic.
