The Best Tea Entrepreneur of Sri Lanka

CIC Manussakama received the cooperation, guidance and the contribution of all key institutes of TEA industry for the process of selecting the best young tea entrepreneur of Sri Lanka. Faculty of Agriculture (University of Peradeniya),TRI, TSHDA , Sri Lanka federation of Tea Small Holdings Development , Sri Lanka Tea Factory owners Association , Sri Lanka Tea board represented the forum of the Judge panel for final selection by field investigation visit to 12 Tea growers. During this collective effort of selecting the best Tea entrepreneur , relationships and mutual understanding among the institutions became more strengthen and provided opportunity to address key issues in the tea sector existing . TV program was produced for awareness the tea program in Derana Shoora Goviya telecast and to acquire the youth attraction to tea cultivation
