The Backroom: Tea Making Process
Tea consumption in the country has been growing steadily over the last four years, with statistics by the Tea Board Of Kenya indicating that at-least 22.7 million kilograms of tea were consumed localy last year. In this week's Backroom segment, we travel to Kapchebet tea factory in Kericho and now take you through the conversion process of the tea leaf from the farm to the cup.
