You just saved my life because I am man trying to lose a lot of stored fat and the only fish I buy, let alone habitually buy/or have been fed in the past 6 years is tilapia. There have been others, obviously, but Tilapia has been a prominent one in my household. Throwing away right now.

I knew that mussels and sardines was great,
Been thinking of going vegan, but its hard to find high protein low carb ratio in the plant world. in the animal foods there is a high protein high fat ratio. mussles are great, but i don't want to eat it all day, and vegan lab food no thank you.
