Thailand shrimp industries 001.mp4
This is an overview of new age of thailand shrimp industries, it contra to most consumer perception about the culture process in the past. A lot of improvement were adopted to obtain a sustainability and environemental preserve, not for someone else but themself. Most of the land using for shrimp culture in Thailand today belong to farmer not rental. As the owner they pay attention to take care their own land for their child.

Good to invest in.

This video is totally misleading. Thailand has a very nasty history of yellow virus outbreaks and antibiotic resistance in their shrimp. Also the ecological damage that mangroves suffer as a result of these shrimp farms is something that is extremely problematic. As for workers rights, and safety they are totally neglected.

The narrator told that eating infected shrimp may lead to nausea fever and chills is incorrect. Bacteria is easily destroyed upon cooking or immobilized upon subjecting to chilling process. It may lead only to allergies if rotten shrimps were eaten due to high histamine content produce.
