Oh no! It might be that drinking that particular type of tea is an acquired taste but to each their own, perhaps your taste is for a different flavor. You are most welcome for the suggestions and I hope you can find something you like!

Thanks so much for your response. That cup of English breakfast left a taste that I did not necessary like. I steeped the tea for 3 minutes per the for a single cup. Could it be that drinking tea is an acquired taste? I will give the two you mentioned a try. As a retiree, I am hoping I will not have to return to work to try them (LOL). Again, thanks for your recommendations.

…but they are very good and the store recommends that you purchase two types of tea at a time so that you get a nice, varied flavor in each cup. The two I like from there are Wild Orange Blossom mixed with Youthberry. I would suggest visiting the store and sampling what they have to get a better idea of what you might want to buy. Plus, any Tazo tea is brilliant but I like the organic black spiced tea. Good luck and hope you enjoy a nice "cuppa" soon!

HJ Kelley - Thanks for your comments! English breakfast isn't for everyone, although, it is pretty mild so I'm surprised you didn't like it but then again, what you like may vary depending on your personal sense of what "tastes good." The ginger orange peach organic green tea sounds good to me! I really like Teavana teas and would recommend any of the blends they have there. They are a bit pricey (I was waiting until I had a full time job to get some tea from there as it is sold by weight)

I have made a decision to begin drinking tea. I just purchased a tea pot on Amazon, and looking forward to it arriving. I went out this evening to purchase a tin of Twinings Classic English Breakfast Tea, and that first cup is so so. I've also order an Elderberry Black Tea; Ginger Orange Peach Organic Green Tea; and an Orange Spice Cinnamon Black Tea. I'm hoping to really incorporate tea in my daily regimen. Any suggestions you can give to a newbie in tea drinking??
