Sturgeon farming: Caviar from Thailand

Sturgeon roe or Caviar is an expensive western delicacy, but now Thailand can produce its own caviar from the Sturgeon farm in the Doi Inthanon mountain due to a breakthrough in freshwater fisheries studies, allowing the cultivation of cold water fish in Thailand.
