Squirrel Decomposition, Time-lapse in 1 week
This squirrel was found dead near the road with no apparent external injuries. I began filming at 1 frame per 5-6 minutes then at the very end I slowed down to every 15 then 30 minutes but the action had slowed down too much and I had other things planned for the gear so I stopped after exactly 1 week of filming. The stills are played back at 30 FPS. I used my Pentax Optio WG-1 for the filming.

I hope that the squirrel is ok.

I'd like to see a decomposing video that doesn't involve maggots. They're the worst part.
