Sao Miguel, Azores part 2

Part 2 of our trip to Sao Miguel, the rest of the island including, a day or 2 at the Sao Roque Beach.Visited family in our family's birthplace in Atalhada, where we also attended the annual Festas de Nossa Senhora das Necessidades and we visited the Lagoa cemetery in St Cruz. Toured a 154 year old family run pottery in Lagoa, a tea plantation in Ribeira Grande, had a geothermal cooked lunch, had a dip in the Terra Nostra geothermal pool in Furnas, visited the beautiful Villa Fanca do Campo, the old capital of the Azores also a short tour of a pineapple greenhouse farm in Ponta Delgada and took in the breathaking views of the Lagoas das Sete Cidades in Sete Cidades.
