Fortunately there are still many Australians who don't want the sell out to China....I doubt many have much idea of the conniving and the strategy in the numerous properties sold out to China. I agree with Guyton. Not only is the Chinese connivance on land but in Antarctica, where it is massively gearing up after conniving with Hunt on what is called Australian territory to exploit the place even more than it is. The lunacy that properties can be bought back later is patent....the prices paid for these properties cannot be recovered without exploitation. Ireland's view isn't what I see as "Australian' but the curse of 'multicultural' humbug....stripping the nation of its culture and turning it into just a part of the new world order. As well as 42 Dairies in the last 12 months china has bought a port in Darwin, abattoir and port access in Victoria grazing properties and and Agricultural college. Our weak-kneed governments, controlled by the Central Bankers and aliens have organised a free trade agreement and after trying to sneak-in alien piece workers through what was purported to be a National Licensing agreement for all Australia...put together by COAG nitwits and which I am 'proud' to have helped destroy it sneaked it in through the 'free trade agreement....and agreement which will suit the Chinese exploiters here and our other An Australian conniver...Reinhart who is helping the Chinese buy a third of Kidman's property to get around the wish of real Australians that not be done.
Controlled by Aliens and financiers and taking on unpayable debt out governments have lost the right to be called 'Australian'...they are employees of multinational power brokers.
Lease it to them under strict and enforced conditions, ok, but sell them nothing....perhaps take your machinated propaganda to China and try to buy a few thousand square miles over there. Shame on people who rationalise 'good' in so called 'overseas investment., you are our peacetime fifth columnists. -

The real problem is the size of these blocks. Usually amassed over a lifetime.
And Chinese companies have an advantage because they are hidden partnerships with local or central Chinese government.
That in itself is anti competitive. -
