Do you have a tasty recipe for vegan mashed cauliflower? I HATE cauliflower but I'm trying to sub it for potatoes for a healthier diet. Maybe 1/2 potatoe and 1/2 cauliflower would taste good? Mashed potatoe is one of my fav side dishes.
