Rice Seed Production Hub Project in Hoa Tien

Brief introduction of Project "Establishment of Rice Seed Production Hub in Hoa Tien Commune". The Project is supported by India-Brazil-South Africa Dialogue Forum (IBSA) Fund and being implemented by FAO.
