First up, anything that you have to cook in a microwave is garbage. To reheat something...maybe. If you are so lazy, you cannot or will not cook your own food....and spend 4 bucks for some crap, why would you care of the nutritional value? Funny how you always talk of the nutritional value.This is junk food. As a guy, that's like caring about how many calories or in a beer....when I just drank 12 of them. Ridiculous!
