Researches on Ways to Decrease Rice Imports in Africa

Rice production in Africa could be among the solutions to the continent's fast rising food security concerns according to the annual Africa Rice Congress held in Benin. Most countries on the continent grapple each year with insufficient food supplies but more investment in rice farming could be one of the ways to curb hunger.
