Why did you switch brushes during the re-staining process...The first brush was a PURDY brush and the second brush is of a different brand.

Good video. I'm a painting savant...but I liked the solutions presented for the silicone section. Me: I would have sanded it down harder. I'd start off with a high grit with an electric sander or, if you want more control, one of those hand sanders that are in a rectangle. Then, I'd go down to a low grit sandpaper to finish it off.

I appears that when you spray your shellac primer it comes out clear I bought the same Sherwin Williams product and it came out white. Please explain..
