HSINCHU, TAIWAN — Local residents in Taiwan called police to report a very loud and very drunk man staggering through the streets attacking random inanimate objects. Police who arrived at the scene reported and arrested a very drunk 27 year old man identified by his last name, Hsu. Mr. Hsu was taken into police custody and transferred to the local police station. While there he was still so out of control, smashing computers and desks, basically anything he could put his hands on, police decided to lock him in a padded room until he sobered up. Unfortunately, what police didn’t plan on was for Mr. Hsu to hulk out on the walls of the room, tearing the padding and metal paneling from the walls. Still, if Mr. Hsu was going to smash up stuff he might as well do it in a padded room.
