The property is located about 18km away from the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake. Blending with the unique and natural environment, Ranweli's serene and idyllic location features indigenous fauna and flora, and borders the river from one side and the sandy beach on the other. The land was originally a coconut plantation which was surrounded by mangroves.
