Quality Rice

Do you think the rice you buy at the grocery store is a good, quality product? Apparently the people who buy and sell rice in some Central American countries do not think so. For a few years now, they've complained about the quality of rice grown in the U.S.A. This Week in Louisiana Agriculture's A.J.
