MY THO – BEN TRE (COCONUT ISLAND) Depart : 8:15 AM Return : 18:00 PM 8:15 AM: Depart from Pxntravel office for My Tho city . The bus takes you to a peaceful village and far away from city life. 10:00 AM: Arrive in My Tho city: Visit one of the most famous pagodas named Vinh Trang which is combined between Asian and European style. Take a sightseeing tour around four spectacular islands ( Dragon Island, Unicorn Island, Phoenix Island, Turtle Island ) by motorized boat. On the boat , you can see Rach Mieu bridge, stilt house Observe the daily activities of the local people along the river. Visit bee keeping farms with a stop at the Unicorn Island. Take a motorized boat ride to Ben Tre province, the home of the coconut, you can buy various handicrafts made from coconut trees here. 12:00 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant before exploring the amazing Mekong cannals: Take a ride around the village and visit the crocodile farm by bicycle. Visit orchard garden , enjoy honey tea, seasonal tropical fruit and traditional music from the west. Visit the coconut candy workshop by a horse-cart 3:30 PM: Come back to Ho Chi Minh City by bus. On the way back, we drop by at the Mekong Rest Stop for a short break. 18:00 PM: The tour ends at Pxntravel Office.
