Magapa Phawene met Sue Jackson when she was looking for an organic farm that had the potential to export to a growing organic market in China. Sue had been looking for a buyer that would understand the vision of her organic farm and stay true to its practices. The two women instantly clicked and, despite Sue's great fondness for the farm, Sue believed that Magapa was meant to buy Wensleydale.
