Tea Tasters in Sri Lanka will taste hundreds of teas and identify the ones that are perfect for their blend. Here we taste a batch of OPA, OP1 and Pekoe grade teas. Some of the teas here where slightly over fired and contained a burnt note others had a wonderful flavour and character.
