I love nature and the outdoors as I lived in the rainforest until age five. Now I am very leery of parasites like the liver fluke. I know that tropical rice fields sometimes carry this pest. Do you know if Japanese fields have this type of concern? Thanks for sharing this wonderful slice of life.
