You can always expect fresh meat in the markets in Vietnam. So be prepared to see animals killed on the spot. This lady at the market is a pro at killing, skinning and packaging the frog within a minute.

Frog tastes like chicken if you fry them with butter. It looks bizarre because you haven't seen them or tasted them before. Human beings are omnivore. If you don't want to be brutal to ordinary animals, be a vegetarian. I eat meat, so I'm brutal to chicken, cows, fish, etc...

This is no more inhumane than killing pig, goat, cows, fish, duck, deer, chickens list goes on.....We just don't see them getting slaughters by hundreds on a daily basis and they prep it in the food market so that it is unrecognizable that way we dont think oh poor animal. We are the top of the food chain we are suppose to eat what our environment gives us to survive. What this is, is the best eats you can get, you see what your getting and its fresh! The real way it should be, blind people.
